About the Role
We are excited to welcome our inaugural Marketing Operations Manager to establish and refine our marketing systems, reporting frameworks, and attribution methodologies at Metronome. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic SaaS environments and possesses a talent for designing scalable systems. Reporting directly to the Growth Marketing team, you will oversee the full spectrum of our marketing tech stack, develop attribution and lead scoring models, and empower the team to access insightful data autonomously. Your contributions will provide essential clarity on how marketing initiatives drive pipeline and revenue, even across extended customer journeys.
This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated Marketing Operations hire—shaping our strategies for tracking marketing influence, automating processes, and aligning with Sales and RevOps. Your Responsibilities
- Manage the martech stack: Oversee and enhance HubSpot, Clay, and other essential tools, while assessing and implementing new technologies as requirements evolve.
- Develop attribution models: Create multi-touch attribution frameworks and dashboards to monitor marketing's impact throughout lengthy sales cycles.
- Implement ABM infrastructure: Operationalize account-based marketing strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
