Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Management
- Oversee multiple client marketing projects, such as website launches, funnel development, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and engage stakeholders across design, development, and marketing teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery that aligns with client objectives and marketing strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any obstacles.
Client-Facing Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding marketing project execution.
- Translate client needs into clear project scopes and actionable tasks.
- Deliver updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Assist in implementing B2B SaaS marketing strategies, focusing on inbound marketing, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
- Identify areas for improving marketing performance through data analysis, experimentation, and automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize campaigns.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and enhancements to technical SEO.
- Work alongside development teams on Webflow-based websites and landing pages.
- Track SEO performance and suggest necessary improvements.
Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Oversee and optimize marketing automation workflows.
- Leverage marketing platforms to facilitate lead generation and nurturing processes.
- Analyze campaign performance and report insights using analytical tools.
