As part of our Marketing Services team, you'll partner with dedicated Marketing Specialists to craft strategic marketing initiatives and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns (including Email, SMS, Social Media, Promotions, Loyalty Programs, Gift Cards, and SEO). By analyzing campaign performance, you will play a crucial role in optimizing marketing efforts, saving time, and generating first-party demand for our clients.

In your capacity as the Marketing Services Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, mentoring, and managing a talented team of Marketing Success Managers. In this role, you will:
- Lead and nurture a high-performing team of 10-12 Marketing Specialists: overseeing recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, conducting weekly one-on-ones, performing quality assurance on campaign strategies and copy, and establishing career development pathways.
- Manage escalations and quality assurance: act as the primary contact for customer concerns; implement QA checklists and review cycles to ensure adherence to Toast Marketing Guidelines and legal/brand standards.
- Innovate and implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and create opportunities for customer growth (revenue generation, expansion, operational efficiencies) through regular assessments of business performance.
