About the Marketing Services Team
The Marketing Services team consists of marketing execution specialists and strategic thinkers dedicated to enhancing efficiency. We collaborate closely with Regional and Demand Marketing, Growth, Martech, and creative teams to create scalable, high-impact campaigns across various channels. This position primarily supports our Global Campaigns marketing team.
Your Role
Key Responsibilities
- Be the process owner for campaign execution across email, landing pages, and paid media, assisting Growth, Lifecycle, and Global Campaigns marketing teams.
- Determine campaign requirements, evaluate complexity, and oversee capacity planning for seamless execution.
- Advise on Marketo and Braze best practices with an emphasis on automation, scalability, and operational design.
- Design and implement complex nurture and trigger campaigns, and develop standardized processes for wider adoption.
- Work alongside marketing stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance campaign delivery efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to resolve recurring execution challenges—define objectives, success metrics, and establish repeatable processes.
- Proactively identify operational risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvements in marketing execution through process innovation, automation, and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Regional and Demand Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to align priorities and execution strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and facilitate coordination with offshore production teams.
