We are searching for a creative partner who has a keen sense of aesthetics, loves our products, and can translate their message into engaging campaigns that resonate with people while driving results. Your responsibilities:
End-to-End Product Campaigns: Full preparation of creative materials (briefing designers, scripting videos, and copywriting) for META and TikTok.
Expansion and Adaptation: Tailoring campaigns for international markets (localization, graphics, and product availability checks).
Landing Pages: Creating sales pages (working with templates in Figma, conducting topic research, copywriting, and deployment into the system).
UGC & Video: Coordinating the creation of user-generated content—from product selection and scripting to deployment and performance evaluation.
USA Market: Designing and continuously improving creative for the American market in collaboration with the social media team in the US.
Reporting and Optimization: Analyzing results in META Business Suite and TikTok Ad Manager, providing suggestions for performance improvements.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Daily communication across teams (creative, product development, supply chain).
What you need to bring:
Minimum 2 years in online marketing: You have proven experience backed by tangible results.
Copywriting: You write concisely, error-free, and with a focus on results.
Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in Google Sheets, and experience with e-commerce backends (Shoptet, Magento, or similar) is a significant advantage.
Project Management: ClickUp (or a similar tool) is part of your daily routine.
