About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and highly-driven Marketplace Operations Manager to spearhead and refine our eCommerce presence across critical platforms, including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other emerging marketplaces such as Treet.
This role requires a proactive individual who excels in execution, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes, encompassing inventory management, product listings, order processing, promotional activities, and overall platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Marketplace Management
- Oversee daily operations on Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other marketplaces
- Guarantee product listings are live, accurate, optimized, and compliant with platform guidelines
- Track account health, performance metrics, and respond to platform alerts
Inventory & Logistics Oversight
- Monitor inventory across all channels to prevent stockouts and overselling
- Collaborate with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure fulfillment
- Manage FBA/FBM logistics, inbound shipments, and demand forecasting
Product Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, images, and product detail pages
- Ensure correct categorization, pricing accuracy, and variant structuring
- Resolve listing issues, suppressions, and backend errors efficiently
Order Processing & Customer Experience
- Supervise order processing across all platforms
- Ensure service level agreements are met for order fulfillment, returns, and customer inquiries
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks affecting customer experience
Promotions & Campaign Management
- Initiate and oversee promotional campaigns, discounts, bundles, and product launches
- Collaborate with marketing teams on TikTok Shop activations and campaigns
- Support product launches and seasonal initiatives
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, margin enhancements, and growth
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor marketplace performance
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years of experience managing Amazon and at least one additional marketplace (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart)
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (FBA/FBM, listings, account health), TikTok Shop workflows, and Shopify backend functionalities
- Strong operational mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with 3PLs, supply chain, and fulfillment partners
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple SKUs and channels
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking
