Position Overview:
The McLaren Sales Consultant embodies the essence of the McLaren brand, providing an unparalleled, tailored sales experience to affluent clients. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed sales targets, foster lasting client relationships, and uphold the elite standards of the McLaren brand through new vehicle sales, customer engagement, and seamless aftersales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive sales process for McLaren vehicles, from initial inquiry through to vehicle delivery.
- Provide an exquisite, personalized customer experience that aligns with McLaren's prestigious brand standards.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable models, specifications, and customization options.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations, test drives, and immersive showroom experiences.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and repeat clientele.
- Maintain an organized client database, managing follow-ups, referrals, and loyalty initiatives.
- Deliver post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent McLaren at exclusive events, product launches, and client engagement activities.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare precise quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Keep updated records in CRM systems.
- Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to management.
Brand Standards & Compliance:
- Adhere to all McLaren global sales standards and dealership policies.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product knowledge, and personal appearance at the highest levels.
- Ensure compliance of all sales documentation with legal and regulatory standards.
