Provide multidisciplinary engineering support during the facility’s construction and early operational phases. Design and supervise the installation of HVAC, fluid transfer systems, fuel cell cooling modules, and compressed air infrastructure. Enhance layout optimization and ergonomic design of production lines. Offer engineering support for fuel cell system layout, mechanical packaging, and cooling integration for vehicle platforms. Collaborate with global Toyota teams to implement advanced FCV design principles and manufacturing best practices. Evaluate and support the implementation of power distribution, drive systems, and control panel layouts. Aid in the integration of automation and robotics with mechanical systems and equipment. Conduct and review CAE simulations (thermal, structural, dynamic) related to battery modules and fuel cell components. Execute fatigue analysis and dynamics modeling to ensure system integrity under real-world load conditions. Develop and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation including equipment specifications, 2D/3D drawings, CAE models, and installation protocols.
