Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and team-focused Mechanical Engineer to enhance our Engineering team. This position is perfect for a mid-level engineer who thrives in hands-on design, problem-solving, and taking products from concept to production. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, refining, and supporting mechanical systems utilized in real-world, production-oriented settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, improve, and innovate mechanical systems for both new and existing products.
- Create and test prototypes, analyze results, and oversee design revisions.
- Spot inefficiencies in mechanical processes and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive CAD models, drawings, and documentation to facilitate development and manufacturing processes.
- Conduct functional, diagnostic, and performance evaluations on mechanical components and assemblies.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, and Project Management teams.
- Assist in project planning by outlining scope, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Document critical analyses and suggest corrective actions for arising issues.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and CAD designers as needed.
