POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance of Line (MOL) will play a pivotal role in maintaining the precision, manufacturability, and production readiness of IEM's active medium voltage power distribution product designs across all facilities.
In this hands-on position, you will ensure the ongoing success of existing product lines by executing MOL activities, enabling project and design engineering teams to concentrate on Design-to-Order (DTO) deliveries. Your responsibilities will include upholding engineering standards, troubleshooting production challenges, and promoting continuous improvement, with the scope and autonomy determined by your experience level.
