About the job
Join Hadrian - Shaping the Future of Manufacturing
At Hadrian, we are revolutionizing the manufacturing landscape by developing autonomous factories that empower aerospace and defense sectors to produce rockets, satellites, jets, and ships with unprecedented speed and efficiency—up to 10x faster and 2x more cost-effective. By integrating cutting-edge software, robotics, and comprehensive manufacturing solutions, we are redefining how essential components are produced in America.
We have recently secured $260 million in a Series C funding round to accelerate our ambitious mission. Our new 270,000 square foot factory in Mesa, Arizona, will create 350 immediate job opportunities and serve as a cornerstone for our expanding operations. We are also establishing a new headquarters poised to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime for naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model to provide complete systems instead of standalone parts.
Collaborating with startups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and major defense contractors across space, shipbuilding, and aviation, Hadrian is committed to scaling production, minimizing costs, and expediting delivery on mission-critical programs. Backed by leading investors such as Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our rapidly growing team is united by a shared vision to reindustrialize American manufacturing for the modern era and beyond!
