TechnicAtome is seeking to expand its team at the Cadarache site by recruiting several new employees for major upcoming projects.
As part of the Industrial Operations entity, specifically within the Boiler Block and Core Unit, you will join the intervention team for Boiler Blocks of land-based (RES type) and onboard nuclear reactors (such as submarines and aircraft carriers of the National Navy).
As a Mechanical Intervention Technician, you will be involved in all phases of operations, focusing on adhering to nuclear safety requirements, quality standards, and project timelines:
- Pre-intervention phase:
- You will be responsible for the maintenance and preparation of tools, special machinery, and transport packaging.
- You will prepare the work environment in conjunction with the installation.
- You will document procedures and transport requests.
- During the intervention phase: You will operate within a team, ensuring the safety and quality of operations.
- Post-intervention phase:
- You will manage site closure, including overseeing decontamination, transport, and reconditioning of tools.
- You will integrate feedback into operational procedures and tool design.
Work schedule:
Outside of intervention phases, the work schedule is generally during standard daytime hours. However, during intervention phases, which may last from a few days to several weeks depending on project demands, you may be required to work on sites in Cadarache, Toulon, Brest, Cherbourg, and Nantes in shifts of 2x8 or even 3x8.
