The Role
We are seeking a Junior-Mid Level Media Buyer (Paid Social) to enhance Heidi's global presence. You will execute, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns aimed at introducing clinicians and healthcare leaders to our innovative solutions.
As part of the Acquisition team, your focus will be on performance data, campaign optimization, and measurement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data—analyzing results, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to inform decisions across multiple markets.
You will collaborate closely with Heidi’s Data Analytics team to ensure precise tracking, clean attribution, and actionable performance insights. Daily tasks will involve campaign setup, data analysis, reporting, and ongoing optimization across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical individual eager to evolve into a top-tier performance marketer.
What You’ll Do
Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn in various markets.
Track performance metrics daily, making data-driven adjustments to budgets, bids, and targeting.
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards.
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports that highlight key trends and insights.
Work alongside the Paid Social Lead to uncover new growth opportunities and audience insights.
