We are looking for a talented Media Buyer with expertise in Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads to enhance our market reach and optimize ROI through strategic, data-driven campaigns.
Role Overview
As a Media Buyer, you will plan, launch, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads. This position requires a creative yet analytical marketer who excels at scaling campaigns while safeguarding profitability. You will collaborate closely with growth, creative, and analytics teams to develop compelling advertising strategies, manage budgets, and continuously enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design, implement, and launch campaigns on Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads.
- Identify target audience segments, creative concepts, and targeting strategies to drive results.
- Keep abreast of platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices.
Optimization & Analysis
- Monitor daily performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to determine winning strategies.
- Transform data insights into actionable optimizations.
Budget Management
- Effectively allocate spending across channels to meet KPIs.
- Forecast expenditures and ensure budget pacing aligns with monthly objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to produce platform-optimized ads.
- Collaborate with growth marketing on integrated campaign strategies.
- Share insights to enhance overall marketing performance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of paid media buying experience with proven success on Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads.
- Strong understanding of social ad algorithms, bidding strategies, and attribution models.
- Proficient in data analytics tools and ad platform dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to scale ad spend while achieving robust ROAS.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Must be available to work PST hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DTC e-commerce, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of tracking and analytics tools.
