The Media Planner, Paid Search will play a vital role in crafting, assessing, and overseeing online media strategies tailored to our pharmaceutical clients. This position requires managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and evaluating incoming proposals to ensure alignment with client goals, budgets, and overall objectives. The Media Planner will cultivate effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and project execution.
Key responsibilities include maintaining daily interactions with media publishers, collaborating with account and creative teams to ensure precise execution of media schedules, and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and opportunities relevant to client objectives. You will also oversee campaign authorizations, financial budgets, and the invoicing process, as well as analyze research data and contribute to monthly competitive analyses and campaign reporting.
- Design, evaluate, and manage online media strategies for pharmaceutical clients.
- Lead the RFP process and assist in proposal evaluations.
