Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medical and scientific expertise in Dermatology (Immunology) to bolster AbbVie’s initiatives and strategies within the affiliate.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with key opinion leaders, external experts, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively within a matrix environment to support the formulation and execution of medical and clinical strategies.
- Act as the authoritative medical/scientific voice for internal and external inquiries within the Dermatology (Immunology) therapy area.
- Contribute medical/scientific insights to the creation of product and therapeutic area-specific strategic medical affairs and local marketing plans.
- Support local clinical research, healthcare professional interactions, data generation, educational initiatives, and patient safety.
- Implement local medical affairs plans efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, regulatory guidelines, industry codes, and AbbVie policies.
- Deliver scientific presentations and engage in discussions at local and regional meetings.
- Review promotional materials to guarantee accuracy and compliance of medical/scientific content.
- Conduct training for internal stakeholders and develop/update relevant training materials.
- Lead literature reviews from scientific meetings and conferences; summarize key findings for internal use, focusing on significant scientific developments and new trends in the therapeutic area.
- Adaptively work across various channels, tailoring content and messages to align with evolving customer preferences.
