About the Role
In your role within our Medical Operations team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption of Tandem within the mental health sector in Sweden. You will work at the dynamic intersection of medicine and technology, providing clinical insights that inform the implementation of our tools in real-world psychiatric environments.
Your responsibilities will include onboarding new users, enhancing workflows, and collaborating with our product team to ensure that Tandem integrates seamlessly into daily patient care practices.

What You Will Do
- Facilitate the adoption of Tandem’s clinical co-pilot among mental health providers in Sweden.
- Train and onboard clinicians and administrators, ensuring confident and effective use of our product.
- Collect and relay feedback from users to help refine product features and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial and product divisions, to adapt our solutions to psychiatric workflows.
- Serve as a clinical advocate in internal discussions, bridging the gap between technology and frontline mental healthcare.
What You Bring
- Professional background in psychiatry, psychology, or related mental health fields (e.g., psychiatrist, psychologist, nurse).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members.
- A passion for leveraging technology to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.
