We are excited to announce a new opening for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) within our Medical Affairs team. In this dynamic role, you will cultivate and sustain relationships, enhancing our scientific credibility with both established and emerging external experts (EEs). Our MSLs respond to inquiries by providing essential scientific and medical information to external experts and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep scientific understanding to ensure credible information dissemination to EEs and other healthcare professionals (HCPs), fostering professional relationships.
- Engage with and follow-up on investigator-initiated studies (IIS), clinical studies, and medical projects within the relevant therapeutic area (TA).
- Support scientific initiatives and nurture relationships with external experts and academic centers.
- Deliver impactful presentations on scientific topics to HCPs, whether individually or in groups.
- Assist in the selection process for qualified HCPs that AbbVie aims to collaborate with on research, lectures, and meetings (advisory boards, congresses, symposiums, etc.), ensuring high standards of scientific and educational integrity.
- Attend relevant scientific conferences and produce summaries of key data presented.
