Spring Health is seeking a Member Engagement Strategy Manager to join our rapidly growing Member Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving access, activation, and utilization among our key customers through a consultative, data-driven, and personalized member marketing strategy. You will act as the strategic marketing voice for significant enterprise accounts, crafting and executing marketing strategies that align with member engagement and revenue objectives.
You will collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers, Lifecycle Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to create tailored strategies that scale effectively across our client portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, demonstrating a passion for driving member engagement and success.
