We are in search of a Member Experience Specialist who excels in direct engagement—someone adept at simplifying intricate financial processes into smooth and supportive conversations.
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary representative of Facet Wealth. Your day will revolve around engaging with members through phone, email, and Zoom, acting as a dedicated guide through the technical challenges of investment rollovers and account transfers. Your responsibilities will extend beyond merely answering questions; you will foster trust, deliver premium technical assistance, and ensure each member feels empowered and supported as they navigate their financial journey.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A TUESDAY-SATURDAY SCHEDULE
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Member Support: Serve as the primary expert for our members, providing energetic, professional, and empathetic assistance through phone, email, and live video (Zoom).
- Virtual Onboarding: Guide members through screen-sharing sessions to resolve app issues and facilitate intricate investment transfers (ACATs/Rollovers) in real-time.
- Proactive Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule, proactively communicating with members regarding the status of their financial transactions to ensure they are always informed.
- Excellence in Communication: Handle a high volume of member inquiries with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and ensuring every ticket is resolved.
- Calendar Management: Strategically manage your schedule to maximize availability for member calls, ensuring a seamless booking experience for those seeking assistance.
