The Opportunity
As a Member Support Specialist (Administrative Assistant), you will serve as a vital ambassador for our patients within the office, showcasing your expertise in human connection and a strong commitment to service. Your role will involve removing barriers to care, ensuring a truly exceptional in-office experience for our patients. You will maintain the aesthetic and atmosphere of the office lobby in alignment with the One Medical brand. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for patient feedback and provide support as needed to the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in-office providers.
We seek a collaborative team player with innovative problem-solving skills to tackle a variety of tasks and challenges effectively. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential. You will identify opportunities to deliver customer-centric solutions, leveraging empathy, focus, and compassion in your interactions with patients and colleagues.
