Primarily based in Dublin, your main objective will be to deliver outstanding service to our client through exceptional merchandising, brand promotion, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Merchandise all relevant stock in-store, ensuring displays are fully stocked and organized according to the planogram.
- Conduct quality control by ensuring that all stock is correctly displayed, displays are clean, and all point-of-sale materials are fully stocked and visible.
- Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with in-store contacts to foster positive collaborations on behalf of CPM and Dulux, as well as assist customers with inquiries while on the shop floor.
- Complete reporting tasks, including taking photographs and managing basic ordering as needed.
- Maintain planograms and displays, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon space and shelf layouts in-store.
- Monitor product distribution and availability, guaranteeing that sufficient stock levels are consistently visible, with a focus on core lines.
- Achieve essential client and company KPIs to ensure team success, including 100% call coverage, quality, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to delivering the highest standards of service for our client.
- Enhance the visibility and awareness of the client's brands in-store, ensuring optimal product presentation and quality.
- Establish and nurture in-store relationships to promote CPM and the client among key contacts.
- Utilize tablet and phone technology to provide accurate reporting.
- Adapt to new working methods to meet evolving company needs and client expectations, assisting the Field Manager in positively influencing the team.
