At Hunt St, we are seeking talented professionals based in the Philippines who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to take charge of their own campaigns. As a Meta/Google Ads Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's online advertising strategies.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 AUD per month.
Engagement Type: This position operates under an Independent Contractor Agreement, providing you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while aligning with Australian business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).

Client Overview: Our client is a well-established Australian family-run business that delivers high-quality, durable infrastructure solutions. They focus on providing practical, reliable products tailored for industries such as mining, agriculture, and construction. Their direct-to-customer model prioritizes quality and competitive pricing, ensuring businesses receive the solutions they need efficiently.
Role Overview: We are looking for a self-motivated individual ready to take full ownership of their digital advertising strategy. You will manage all aspects of campaign creation, optimization, and scaling, ensuring maximum ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Current Ad Spend:
- Google: ~$500/day
- Facebook & Instagram: ~$500–800/day
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and scale campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Plan, test, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for search, display, and remarketing.
- Develop and test creative strategies that resonate with Australian audiences.
- Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns daily with a focus on ROI and cost per lead.
- Clearly report results, providing actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Meta and Google’s algorithm changes and new ad formats.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and scale successful campaigns.
