In line with our digital transformation strategy and our commitment to enhancing our Digital Workplace, we are enhancing our Microsoft 365 governance and operational framework. We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist who will be instrumental in stabilizing, structuring, and scaling our collaborative ecosystem across the organization.
This role is pivotal in delivering a secure, efficient, and business-aligned Digital Workplace, serving as a centralized hub for internal communication, document management, and collaboration. This Digital Workplace is intended for deployment across all Q ENERGY subsidiaries throughout Europe.
The Microsoft 365 Specialist will also significantly influence user adoption, enhance employee experience, and support the company’s rapid growth by facilitating efficient and consistent collaboration practices.

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the IT Application & Data Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Transformation Department, QMS, and various business units to understand and address business challenges.
