A Senior Water Resources Program Manager possesses extensive experience and technical knowledge, recognized within the firm as a subject matter expert in their specific area of expertise. This role demands exemplary project performance, effective estimating, planning, and management of projects while adhering to budgets and timelines. Responsibilities include managing teams, spearheading growth initiatives, maintaining client relationships, and developing competitive proposals. Ideal candidates will have project experience with MS4 stormwater regulations and implementation, design and permitting, stormwater inspection and compliance, repairs, construction, and best management practices related to water or natural resources.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Water Resources Program Manager:
- Lead and oversee technical staff or Project Managers on multiple complex projects in both public and private sectors.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills in project execution, client management, and business development.
- Support the training and development of Project Managers and other staff members.
- Consult with technical staff on issues within their expertise and provide technical or QA/QC reviews on projects.
- Work independently with minimal direction based on past success in similar project responsibilities.
- Deliver technical presentations to clients and at public meetings to discuss project details.
- Manage projects from development through completion, including identification of schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans, incorporating QA/QC as necessary.
