Clinical Impact
There is no greater fulfillment than knowing you are making a positive difference in a child's life. As a Program Manager with FirstSteps, you will play a pivotal role in helping our children articulate their first words, forge their initial friendships, thrive in their first classrooms, and cultivate a love for learning.
Overview of the Program Manager / Mid-Level Supervisor Position:
As a Program Manager at FirstSteps, you will leverage your clinical expertise and experience to assist in case management under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Initially, you will engage directly with the children we serve, allowing you to become well-acquainted with our compassionate ABA model. Once proficient, you will participate in our comprehensive Program Manager training program, learning from leading professionals in the field. Post-training, your responsibilities will include supporting our BCBAs in case management, providing center-based supervision, leading social skills groups, collaborating with caregivers, analyzing client data, and mentoring our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Instructors in their clinical and professional development.
