About the job
Join Garansys as a Business Analyst:
You will serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
Your close involvement in execution will allow you to witness the positive impact of improved processes, enhanced systems, and satisfied stakeholders firsthand.
You will have the freedom to think critically, propose alternatives, and truly influence the solutions we are creating.
Identifying the Underlying Needs
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary Scrum team on various projects. Within your team, you will work alongside developers, testers, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner. You will also have the opportunity to partner with senior analysts Alexander and Wim, who will guide you through our organization and workflows. We operate under a buddy system, ensuring you have a designated contact during your onboarding period. However, all your colleagues are ready to assist you.
Our clients face numerous challenges that require a Business Analyst like you. You will quickly grasp the customer's process and translate it into functional requirements. While you may not be a developer, you possess a solid understanding of technical possibilities. For example, you can interpret and outline a data model.
In short, you ensure that we not only deliver what is requested but also provide what is genuinely needed. You achieve this by engaging in thoughtful discussions, fully understanding the problem, and recognizing the underlying needs.
In this role, you will be familiar with both business and information analysis. At Garansys, we believe that being a well-rounded and T-shaped analyst complements each other and enhances your adaptability across various application landscapes.

Your strength lies in listening to and critically questioning the client's desires. You can subsequently encapsulate these wishes in a clear functional and database design, documenting them in requirements...
