We are seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas through new account acquisition, along with experience in account management, including expansions and renewals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consultative sales processes, SaaS solutions (preferably productivity software), and a history of working with mid-sized to large enterprises across diverse industries.
As a natural solution seller, you are curious and confident when engaging with customers. You are a persuasive self-starter who listens well and takes personal accountability for maintaining a healthy sales pipeline while communicating effectively across functions. Given that most of your time will be spent on emails, calls, and web conferences, we value an infectiously positive attitude in your prospecting, presentations, and closing efforts!

The Role:
Manage all new business leads for Mid-Market companies (300-1,000 employees).
Achieve and consistently surpass pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paying customers.
Master the product and adeptly handle customer service inquiries and product questions from your leads.
Conduct customer presentations and demonstrations using online web conferencing tools.
Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to enhance lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
Identify customer segments and uncover new opportunities to improve the sales pipeline's quality.
