Account Executive - Mid-Market Sales
As a dynamic Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, your primary focus will be to drive Datadog’s growth by strategically engaging and securing new clients within organizations ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 employees. You will utilize a structured sales methodology, partner with internal teams, and leverage our ecosystem to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of Datadog's solutions. Mid-Market Account Executives are encouraged to advance their careers in sales while contributing to the overall success of the Datadog team.

What You’ll Do:
- Focus exclusively on acquiring new logos.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiations and technical demonstrations.
- Identify key business drivers for each opportunity.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our customers' businesses.
- Engage with Chief Technology Officers, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical users (SRE, DevOps, DevSecOps).
- Navigate through various departments of complex organizations.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives, Partners, and Marketing to enhance top-of-funnel activities.
- Implement modern sales strategies by utilizing real-time signals and research tools such as Sales Navigator and Demandbase.
