Our Department of Theater, Dance, and Film (TDF) is on the lookout for a dynamic and imaginative Middle School Dance & Drama Teacher for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for arts education and thrive in collaborative settings, contributing to theatrical productions. This role involves inspiring students in grades 6–8 through captivating instruction in dance, drama, and performance, along with participation in school-wide productions and events across the middle and upper schools.
The position entails teaching a maximum of four classes, with opportunities to engage in our co-curricular productions. The TDF Department annually produces four mainstage productions (one play and one musical per division) and hosts a significant end-of-year arts festival on campus to celebrate student achievements.
Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume and a cover letter detailing their specialization in Dance/Theater styles and any noteworthy Directorial/Production experience. Additionally, applicants should provide 1-2 videos showcasing their choreography or performances by their students.
