About the Role
We are in search of dynamic Software Engineers who are eager to contribute to the development of essential middleware components and services within Applied's software-defined vehicle (SDV) platform. This position calls for substantial proficiency in C++ and a solid understanding of AUTOSAR Adaptive to construct resilient, high-performance communication and system management solutions. Your role will be crucial in crafting the foundational software layers that support advanced vehicle functions, tackling complex challenges in distributed systems, high-speed networking, and functional safety architecture.
Your Responsibilities at Applied Intuition:
- Design and implement core platform services using C++, emphasizing multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Develop and enhance communication middleware leveraging protocols such as SOME/IP or DDS (and ideally Protobuf/gRPC) throughout the platform.
- Engage with the AUTOSAR Adaptive framework to ensure seamless communication across various modules.
