This role requires a blend of conceptual thinking, creative flair, and hands-on execution, allowing you to manage a diverse array of projects from inception to final product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and create digital campaign components, including bespoke long-read articles and other innovative, story-driven formats.
- Own your projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery from concept to completion.
- Participate in internal meetings to gather creative requirements and broader campaign objectives, presenting and discussing design and UX as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and colleagues from other departments to ensure timely product launches.
- Stay updated on emerging design and development trends to inspire new product ideas and strategies.
- Present creative concepts and articulate design rationale to internal stakeholders with confidence. Respond to feedback constructively and iterate designs for optimal outcomes.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a Designer.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your creative flair, conceptual thinking, and polished execution.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to delivery.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high production standards.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, color theory, usability, and accessibility.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present and discuss ideas.
- Proficiency in Framer, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
