Hutchinson Kia of Albany is proud to offer a rewarding opportunity for skilled military Veterans to embark on a fulfilling career as Kia Certified Service Technicians. In collaboration with Kia America, Inc., we support the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), designed specifically to facilitate a seamless transition into the automotive industry for our Veterans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various Kia vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical components.
- Efficiently complete repair orders and warranty requests in alignment with Kia's established policies and procedures.
- Conduct test drives to analyze, diagnose, and repair vehicle components and systems using advanced Kia diagnostic strategies and specialized tools.
- Perform services and repairs promptly while effectively communicating with the shop foreman and service advisor to enhance the customer experience.
