Join the ranks of Kia Retailers as a Military Veteran Automotive Technician and embark on an exciting career journey as a Kia Certified Service Technician. This role is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), specifically designed to support skilled military veterans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles, focusing on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Accurately complete repair orders and warranty requests according to Kia and retailer policies.
- Test drive vehicles to analyze, diagnose, and repair using Kia's advanced diagnostic strategies and specialized tools.
- Provide timely services and communicate effectively with the shop foreman and service advisors to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Honorable Discharge from military service.
- A valid driver's license from any state with a clean driving record.
- Experience in a technical or mechanical field is essential.
- Willingness to complete and pass drug screening and background checks.
