Join MSX International as a proactive and enthusiastic Mobile Service Solutions Specialist, where you will excel as a Dealer Performance Coach. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate, train, and maintain Mobile Service Programs across designated dealerships. You will mentor dealership staff, educate technicians, and enhance performance metrics to guarantee efficient mobile service operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert and main point of contact for Mobile Service operations within assigned dealerships.
- Instruct dealership technicians on the functionality and operational protocols of Mobile Service vehicles.
- Lead strategic planning sessions and kickoff meetings to create tailored business plans for each dealership.
- Ensure the prompt readiness and deployment of Mobile Service vans upon their arrival.
- Organize launch events and coordinate dealership teams to align with business objectives and technician training.
- Design and execute customized onsite sustainment visits aimed at business development and performance enhancement.
- Formulate and implement action plans to surpass program targets, focusing on optimizing service processes.
- Disseminate best practices and key success factors throughout the dealer network.
- Oversee and mentor dealership Mobile Service staff to provide outstanding customer experiences.
- Document the outcomes of visits and produce actionable summaries for stakeholders.
