MSX International is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-driven Mobile Service Solutions Specialist to become a vital member of our team. In this pivotal role, you will function as a Dealer Performance Coach, spearheading the launch, training, and ongoing support of Mobile Service Programs at designated dealerships. Your focus will be on coaching dealership staff, training technicians, and fostering performance enhancements to guarantee the success of mobile service operations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and main point of contact for Mobile Service operations at assigned dealerships.
- Train dealership technicians on Mobile Service vehicle functionalities and operational protocols.
- Lead strategic planning sessions and initiation meetings to craft dealership-specific business strategies.
- Ensure prompt preparation and rollout of Mobile Service vans upon delivery.
- Conduct launch events and synchronize dealership teams with business objectives and technician training.
- Plan and carry out customized onsite support visits with a focus on business growth and performance enhancement.
- Develop and execute action plans aimed at surpassing program targets, with an emphasis on optimizing service processes.
- Share successful practices and key success factors throughout the dealer network.
- Monitor and mentor dealership Mobile Service staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Document the outcomes of visits and create actionable summaries for stakeholders.
