The Broker Admin team is an integral component of Lendi's Credit and Operations function. We are looking for a seasoned professional with substantial expertise in the mortgage industry to join our growing leadership team. Following the successful rollout of the Broker Admin program in October 2024, we are expanding our team to accommodate the rising demand from our extensive broker network while upholding the program’s exceptional standards and delivering remarkable results.
As the Mortgage Broker Support Team Manager, your responsibilities will encompass more than just managing personnel. You will engage in a blend of strategic, operational, and client-focused duties to ensure the team operates seamlessly while providing outstanding value to brokers and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the satisfaction and expectations of the Broker Admin program, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards through regular check-ins with Franchisees, Mobile Brokers, and Broker Admins.
- Collaborate with senior management to align team performance and initiatives with broader business objectives (OKRs).
- Lead a team of broker admins supporting Aussie mobile brokers and franchises across Australia, facilitating brokers in optimizing daily operations for business growth.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance workflows and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor team performance, address feedback, and devise solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Provide continuous coaching and guidance to foster team engagement and performance.
- Work alongside Learning & Compliance (L&C) to refine the Grad program based on broker insights.
- Compile and present performance reports, processing metrics, and key insights to stakeholders.
- Build robust relationships with brokers, understanding their needs and tailoring support accordingly.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to manage diverse dynamics while fostering strong working relationships with each broker and customer.
