Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field.Minimum GPA of 3.0.Must be at least 18 years old.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Detail-oriented with a structured approach to maintaining high-quality standards.Self-driven and capable of working independently.Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.Interest or experience in motorsports is preferred (e.g., race teams, FSAE).Critical thinking skills to analyze challenges and propose effective solutions.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.Copywriting experience is advantageous.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Facilitate initial coordination for motorsport activations and trade show participation.
- Assist with logistics and coordination for race events.
Partnership & Vendor Management
- Aid in planning and executing key partnership activations such as FSAE and WIMNA.
- Support marketing activities related to branded merchandise and team apparel.
Marketing & Communication
- Contribute to creative design efforts across various locations.
- Assist in global and regional communications, including content creation, event planning, and media relations.
- Support the sales team with communications for customers and dealers.
Project Management & Process Improvement:
- Track and monitor marketing expenditures.
- Implement organizational and process improvements for marketing and project tracking.
- Collaborate with the Operations Lead to enhance both internal and external projects.
- Participate in cross-division collaborations to foster team alignment and cohesion.
