Your Role as a Multi-Unit Team Leader
In your position as a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will oversee three H&R Block tax offices, utilizing your people management expertise and passion for service to lead customer-focused teams, thereby boosting their seasonal tax business.
You will be the primary manager responsible for developing associates, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and achieving growth objectives across all three locations. Previous tax preparation experience is not a prerequisite.
Your journey will commence with a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season. From January to April, you will transition to full-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Please be aware that this role necessitates in-person work and is not a remote position.
