Your responsibilities
- Foster and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
- Guide customers throughout their journey with proactive and reactive communications.
- Comprehend customer business goals and articulate what success looks like for them.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure value realization.
- Recognize and mitigate churn risks.
- Spot growth and expansion opportunities.
- Address incoming customer inquiries about products, services, and administrative matters.
- Assist customers and internal teams with billing and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and teams.
- Deliver precise and reliable information tailored to the customer’s level of understanding.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and security policies.
Working hours
- Remote roles: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
- On-site (Debrecen): 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
