Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aimed at acquiring and expanding clientele in the education sector.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within K-12, higher education, and large educational systems.
- Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and influencers.
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned national education accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with regional sales, estimating, customer service, and operations teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Lead strategic account planning, joint business planning, and quarterly business reviews.
- Work closely with product management and marketing to share insights on the education market and influence solution development.
- Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure both profitability and customer value.
- Stay informed about trends in the education sector, including funding mechanisms and regulatory changes.
