Currently, we are seeking a National Program Manager to join us at a pivotal time in our growth. After successfully launching multiple platforms and products, securing over $70 million in venture capital funding, achieving profitability, and maintaining a remarkable growth trajectory of over 100% year-over-year, we are poised for even greater success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine operational workflows within our Workers' Compensation division.
- Manage and support operational teams, focusing on training and performance management.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and program performance.
- Create efficient processes and systems that facilitate scalable growth for the WC program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Network Operations, and Growth to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Evaluate and support network strategy to align operational utilization with specific state requirements.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, providers, and vital stakeholders within the WC ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and Workers' Compensation requirements.
