Your Daily Responsibilities:
· Organize and process a large volume of reports efficiently.
· Collaborate with branch staff to gather necessary information for customer reporting, invoicing, and quotations.
· Generate thorough written reports detailing findings and recommendations for customers.
· Maintain and regularly update the customer database for all local branches.
· Utilize web-based technology to access data from our field service technicians.
· Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from local branches.
· Work closely with branch teams to address customer needs effectively.
· Follow up with customers on outstanding quotations via phone and email when necessary.
· Provide operational support to local branches related to your role.
· Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the team.
Your Qualifications:
· Strong ability to adhere to process-driven tasks with exceptional attention to detail and organization.
· Proven capability to follow specific procedures effectively.
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
· Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with customer relations and service coordination is an asset.
