Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support for crypto trading through live chat, tickets, and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries, order disputes, and appeals.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer requests.
- Handle complaints and appeals, including necessary follow-ups on escalations.
- Stay informed about the company’s trading platform and market conditions.
- Identify customer needs and provide valuable feedback to the management team.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment requiring focus, commitment, and flexibility for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Fluency in Kazakh and strong English skills (minimum B2; C1 preferred).
- 6-12 months of experience in online customer support, ideally within crypto or financial services.
- Experience in live chat support and managing customer inquiries.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of proof validation or banking/payment processes.
- Background in finance is highly advantageous.
- A positive and responsible approach to work.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
