As a Neurology Sales Specialist (NSS) at EVERSANA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing performance at leading headache centers, neurology practices, and primary care accounts within your designated territory for Impel Pharmaceuticals. Your mission will be to cultivate and sustain strong, impactful relationships with key stakeholders in your region. Representing Impel Pharmaceuticals in a professional manner, you will strive to maximize visibility and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Impel Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to developing transformative therapies for individuals facing central nervous system (CNS) disorders through innovative approaches to drug delivery. Our proprietary upper nasal delivery technology, known as the Precision Olfactory Delivery (POD®) device, enables our investigational therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act swiftly to enhance the utilization of TRUDHESA, collaborating effectively with colleagues and independently as necessary.
- Identify potential obstacles to achieving objectives and propose actionable solutions.
- Craft and execute data-driven, customer-specific territory plans in conjunction with Regional Sales Managers.
- Deliver compelling in-person (or virtual if required) presentations of approved product information, access, and corporate messaging.
- Anticipate customer objections and exceed expectations by providing valuable insights to healthcare professionals and accounts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the managed care/access landscape within your territory, collaborating with the Managed Markets team to implement initiatives supporting sales goals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the region.
- Contribute meaningful insights to commercial colleagues regarding strategic and tactical planning for the territory, region, and company.
- Comply with all legal and regulatory standards, including those outlined by the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the Prescription Drug Marketing Act, the Pharma Code, and OIG guidelines.
- Showcase a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
