New Business Account Executive - APAC
Role Overview
As a New Business Account Executive in the APAC region, you will play a crucial role in driving GitLab's growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and expanding our market footprint across APAC. You will engage with sophisticated buyers from high-growth enterprises, skillfully navigating complex sales cycles while maintaining a focus on building a robust pipeline and advancing deals sustainably. In this capacity, you will guide prospects through their initial evaluations of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, establishing a healthy and sustainable pipeline that translates into new Net ARR and long-term opportunities.
In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital link between prospective customer stakeholders and GitLab's field organization, ensuring that prospects perceive GitLab as a trusted partner from their first interaction to deal closure. You will establish and manage a greenfield APAC territory, develop repeatable new logo sales processes, and consistently forecast and report on deal progress.
