Role Overview
As a New Business Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving GitLab’s expansion efforts. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and enhancing our market footprint. You will cultivate relationships with C-level executives and senior technical decision-makers at high-growth firms, overseeing the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals. Your proactive prospecting will create a robust pipeline in this greenfield territory, supporting innovation and guiding customers through their decision-making journey. As a trusted advisor, you will assist new clients in adopting GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated SDR team, Solutions Architecture, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Director of New Business Sales, your contributions will significantly impact GitLab’s revenue growth and competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving market.
