Jazzware, a leading provider of mission-critical hospitality communication and guest experience software, is on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in the United States.
At Jazzware, we specialize in developing an innovative software platform that empowers hospitality operators, service providers, and hotel brands to efficiently manage and monetize voice, messaging, emergency services, and guest communications, whether in on-premises or cloud environments. Our solutions seamlessly integrate with top PBX, PMS, and hospitality technology ecosystems, serving hotels, resorts, and managed properties worldwide.
We are in search of a dynamic Sales Hunter with a robust new business acquisition mindset to fuel our growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This role is entirely focused on hunting, taking full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract signing.
The ideal candidate will excel at opening doors, navigating complex buying groups, articulating value propositions, and consistently closing high-impact deals. A background in Hospitality Technology, PMS, PBX, and SaaS is crucial.
This full-cycle sales role requires you to manage everything from prospecting and qualification to demonstrations, negotiations, solution design, and final closure. Success metrics include new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), win rates, pipeline coverage, and sales velocity. We need individuals who can effectively open doors, manage intelligent sales processes, and close with confidence.
