About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to generate and close new business. You will:
- Prospect decision-makers, uncover hiring intent, and conduct sales demonstrations
- Convert qualified companies into long-term clients
This is a proactive role that requires comfort with:
- High-volume outbound calling
- Conducting live sales demos
- Independent management of your own pipeline
- Closing contracts autonomously
You will be directly responsible for driving revenue.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Outreach
- Engage in outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Make 50+ cold calls daily
- Implement and maintain a consistent lead-sourcing strategy
- Identify key decision-makers within targeted companies
Qualification & Sales Process
- Qualify prospects based on hiring needs, timing, budget, and authority
- Schedule and conduct sales demonstration meetings
- Communicate value effectively and consultatively
- Address objections and advance deals towards closure
Pipeline Ownership & Closing
- Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed contract
- Consistently follow up with qualified prospects
- Close at least one new contract each month
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
