This is a hands-on technical position aimed at enhancing the employee experience through endpoint analytics, automation, and systems integration. You will take charge of administering Nexthink, creating integrations across IT platforms, and facilitating proactive, data-driven IT support for one of the world's most iconic brands.
Your collaboration with IT support, infrastructure, HR technology, and service management teams will be crucial to designing, implementing, and operating solutions that minimize friction, enhance visibility, and empower predictive and proactive support. This role is perfect for a systems administrator or integration engineer with robust experience in endpoint analytics, scripting, and ITSM platform integration.
